Winfrasoft AuthCentral delivers the
revolutionary patent-pending multi-factor
authentication pin+ solution to solve the

Authentication is
supported in 1½ factor mode (pin+ Core) where a shield
matrix is displayed directly on a login web page
removing the need for a physical token. 2 factor
authentication (pin+ Pro) can also be used

soft token whereby a shield matrix
is displayed on a separate offline device e.g. a mobile
phone or laptop computer.

Traditional 2 factor vs
pin+ 2 factor
A traditional 2 factor token, the “something
you have” can be used by anybody who is in
possession of it - not just its intended owner.
Furthermore the “something you know” (the
4 digit PIN) is divulged in full during each
login. With pin+, the “something you have”
can only be used by the assigned owner and is of
no use to anybody else, even if they have
possession of it. Furthermore, the “something
you know” is never divulged and remains
private during a login. As such, pin+ is a true
“something you have” & “something
you know” solution.
